MPV: Mission Pioneer Valley



Mission: To flood the Pioneer Valley with God's love by uniting and mobilizing the youth workers and students of Western Massachusetts and beyond through prayer, discipleship, and evangelism.

MPV: Objectives

  • Remove students and youth workers from their comfort zones to worship God and serve other for one week out of the Summer.
  • Spend time each day of the mission project to pray, worship, and hear from God's word.
  • Divide students into ministry teams. Each ministry team will consist of a mix of students from all participating youth groups.
  • Each day, ministry teams will work along side local service organizations or share the gospel on the streets.
  • To bring unity to the body of Christ
This year's mission is scheduled for the last week of June 2008.

MPV: Costs

$275 With a $100 deposit by February 1
$300 With a $100 deposit by March 1
$325 With a $100 deposit by April 1
Final payment due May 1, 2008

Cost includes project training materials, project manual, T-shirt, hotel accommodations at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts, and transportation during project.
